A4 format PDF document with a maximum of 20,000 characters including spaces (Century Gothic Bold font, 11pt size), indicatively structured as follows:

– Heading “Concorso di idee. Ex Seminario San Massimo, Verona”;
1 – Title of the proposal/idea and indication of the participant(s)/proponent(s);
2 – Identification of the questions and issues considered important for the territory and how the proposal aims to address this issues;
3 – Description and articulation of the proposal/idea;
4 – Description of the proposed innovative aspects;
5 – Description of how the proposal addresses the theme of the call “from the place of vocation to the vocation of the place”, and description of the possible project slogan;
6 – Brief description of the feasibility model also indicating the economical, social and environmental aspects related to the sustainability of the proposal;
7 – Possible review of cases and projects that can be considered as references. The paragraph can be developed in points, motivating the choices and which elements of the individual cases are interesting for the proposal.
Images, ideogrammatic schemes and hand sketches are permitted. However, no renderings of the proposed idea or typological-construction details of any kind are required.

140×90 cm vertical format PDF, with 5 cm margins on each side (see exhibit 6 “Idea Prospectus Template”), containing the following sections:

Section. 1 – Titles (11×80 cm)
Upper band with logos and call title as per model as already configured in the Template, title of the proposal (Century Gothic Bold font, size 60pt).

Section. 2 – Introduction text (100×80 cm)
2,500 characters spaces included (Century Gothic font, size 21pt) introducing the proposal and summarizing the contents detailed in the Technical Report, describing the reasons and phylosophy of the proposal itself.

Section. 3 – Proposal (100×80 cm)
Infographic representation of the idea through planimetric and axonometric diagrams, ideogrammatic sections, graphic schemes related to functional layout and other aspects considered significant and strategic for the proposal, photos and photosimulations, hand sketches, key words, slogans, concepts, short texts.
Project renderings are not required.

Section. 4 – Author(s) identification data (100×80 cm)
Indicate the name(s) of the group(s) or organization(s) that developed the proposal. If desired, it is also possible to insert the names of the people who collaborated on the project.
